Thank you for doing this and track this. One thing I noticed, is there is no mention of the Presidential libraries. So far the libraries of Presidents Eisenhower, GHW Bush, GW Bush, and Obama have not participated at all (and it's unclear if the postings from those participating libraries is all of their holdings).
You’re welcome. Glad to contribute. I’ve noticed issues with the presidential libraries as well. There is a disconnect as is between the digital content between different National Archive locations/platforms. The presidential libraries have some records online that haven’t made it into the main NARA catalog. I have seen some documents added recently, but it’s unclear what remains to be added. I had asked NARA about their progress with reviewing their existing records, but the answer was fairly vague.
It is a huge project and takes a lot to locate and digitize these records. I don’t fault NARA for delays on their end, since I don’t know what resources they can allocate to this. But, it’s really difficult for the public to gauge progress at this time.
